Abstract
The Current Study Aimed To: 1- Study Staphylococcus Aureus Virulence Genes MSCRAMMS)i.e clfa-clfB-fnba-fnbA-fnhB-cna genes, and invesligation of their diversity in Staphylococus aureus strains isolated from synovial fluid of chicken joints suffered from arthritis 2- invesigation of the antipiotic resistance pattern of S. aureus isolates recovered from chicken hock joint synovial fluid. 3-investigation of the dogree of correlation between presence of these genes and the ability of S . aureus to form biofilm.
