المستخلص Nobody can deny that the global interest has increased, especially during the last years of the twentieth century, to apply many methods to manage and improve the performance of firms and establishments. Among those methods and perhaps the most prominent of them what has recently been called the governance system. As scientists consider it a contemporary global approach aimed to improve the effectiveness of performance and develop the working environment, achieve justice and transparency, establish the principle of accountability, protect beneficiaries and stakeholders, reduce the exploitation of power and influence, and help to comply with laws, regulations and standards of functional and ethical behavior that govern the performance of management and employees inside the company. |
