This research aims to: Design a physical program accompanied by nutritional guidelines it is possible to identify:
- The effectiveness of the physical program and nutritional guidelines on Some physiological variables (pulse - pressure - vital capacity)the women have the research sample.
- The effectiveness of the physical program and nutritional guidelines some health indications (body weight - fat percentage - water - muscle - body mass index) the women have the research sample.
The researcher used the experimental method by using the experimental design of one experimental group using two measurements (pre-post) due to its relevance to the nature of the research. Of the women visiting City Gym to lose weight in Fayoum governorate for the year 2020 AD, their number reached (25) women and the ages range from (30-35) years old. Thus, the experimental research group included (15) women, and (10) women were selected for the purpose of conducting the exploratory study from the research community and outside the main sample.
The most important results indicated:
- There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in the physiological fitness and the analysis of some body components of the sample under study in favor of the post measurement.
- The physical program accompanying the nutritional guidelines led to the development of the physiological fitness and weight loss of the women, the research sample.
Research Summary
The effect of a physical program accompanied by dietary guidance on physical fitness and reduce the weiht of obese women
in Fayoum Governorate
Introduction to Research:
The development of life and the scientific and technological progress that our current era is going through has resulted in a person being deprived of movement and activity. After most areas of his work and daily life conditions depend on physical effort, movement and activity to accomplish work, modern household appliances and electronic devices have replaced them. These devices are for comfort, convenience, and discomfort.
The woman’s dependence on the machine in all matters of her life and her tendency to be immobile, lethargic, and eat fast food in addition to not practicing sports activity. All this led to an imbalance in the energy balance of the body and the problem of obesity appeared, and then the woman became more vulnerable to many physical and psychological diseases, which It led to a poor health-related quality of life and thus a poor general quality of life.
Both ”Abul-Ela Abdel-Fattah and Subhi Hassanein” (2001 AD) believe that recent studies in training tend to favor physical fitness depending on physiology efficiency, and that the relationship between the circulatory and respiratory systems and cardiovascular system and physical fitness has become the theoretical and applied interest of researchers.
Usama Ratib (2004 AD) indicates that obesity usually occurs as a result of an individual consuming large quantities of foods that contain a high percentage of calories that exceed the needs of his body and also as a result of wrong food habits with the accompanying lack of movement and lack of exercise; as well as Mental state.
Paulina Wasserfurth, Josefine Nebl, Jan Philipp Schuchardt, Mattreasea Müller, Tim Konstantin Boßlau, Karst (Karst, Tim Konstantin Boßlau) 2020 AD) that the combination of exercises and a healthy diet enhances fat loss in overweight individuals and access to a healthy body mass index, as it positively affects the health status of individuals and protects against many diseases that may affect the heart and blood vessels and works To raise the level of physical fitness and physiological competence in individuals.
Research Problem:
Through the nature of the researcher’s work in the field of sports and in particular in the field of women’s weight loss and the readings in this field, the researcher found that most of the problems facing women who frequent the gymnasium (gymnasium) and whose ages range between (30-35) years are based on Increase in body weight and a marked change in their physical composition, lack of physical fitness, increased fat in some places in the body, high mass index, in addition to infection with some organic diseases such as blood pressure, difficulty breathing and other diseases, as poor physical and physical fitness results in poor physiological competence. For the internal organs of the body, and since physical activity plays an important role in changing the energy balance equation in the body by eliminating excess calories and consuming them during physical activity and improving the metabolism and thus getting rid of the largest possible amount of fats and not storing them, so the physical activity has positive effects. On some biological aspects related to obesity and excess fat, such as blood pressure, pulse, body components, and the functions of various body systems.
Also, nutritional awareness and physical exercise with them are considered the cornerstone and the foundation upon which the preparation process is built, and it is a method for those in the training process to upgrade the devices in the human body. In obesity, which in turn leads to an increase in fats deposited in the tissues as well as fats dissolved in the blood, which impede the vital work of the organs and functions of the body.
Since the practice of standardized physical programs leads to effects on the circulatory and respiratory system, including improving the vital capacity of the lungs, as the amount of air taken increases at one time, breathing is slower and deeper and easier, returning to normal breathing shortly after exercise, improving the ability to take gases in Lungs, increase the ability to use oxygen, burn excess fat in the arteries and reduce the risk of stroke, resist and delay the onset of heart disease, so the researcher believes that the application of standardized physical programs that include a variety of different exercises and modern methods of training with the application of nutritional guidelines and the use of modern devices in Measurement (inbody components analysis device) helps in effectively improving the level of physiological fitness and weight loss for women. By informing the researcher of reference studies and scientific references conducted in this field, I found that the use of modern training methods (aerobic) in addition to ground exercises and the use of various tools and devices, which Performed using music improves physiological fitness and reduces weight from this standpoint came the idea of the current study, ”The effect of a physical program accompanied by nutritional guidelines on the physiological fitness and weight loss of obese women.”
Research Objectives:
This research aims to: Design a physical program accompanied by nutritional guidelines it is possible to identify:
- The effectiveness of the physical program and nutritional guidelines on Some physiological variables (pulse - pressure - vital capacity) the women have the research sample.
- The effectiveness of the physical program and nutritional guidelines some health indications (body weight - percentage of fat - water - muscle - body mass index) the women have the research sample.
Research Hypotheses:
In light of the research objectives, the researcher assumes the following:
- There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in the physiological fitness of the women in the research sample and in favor of the post measurement.
- There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in some health indications(body weight - percentage of fat - water - muscle - body mass index) for the women in the research sample and in favor of the post measurement.
Research Plan and Procedures:
Research Methodology:
The researcher used the experimental method by using the experimental design of one experimental group using the two measurements (pre-post) due to its suitability to the nature of the research.
Research Community:
The research community includes 50 women attending City Gym for weight loss in Fayoum Governorate for the year 2020.
Research sample:
The basic research sample was chosen by the deliberate method from women attending City Gym to lose weight in Fayoum Governorate for the year 2020 AD and their number was (25) women and the ages ranged from (30-35) years old. Thus, the experimental research group included (15) women, and a number was chosen ( 10) Women with the aim of conducting the exploratory study from the research community and outside the main sample.
exploratory study:
The researcher conducted the exploratory study on a sample of (10) women from the research community and outside the main sample from Monday 7/20/2020 AD to Monday 7/27/2020 AD.
