The current study research problem identified in answering the following main question:
How far the specialist of educational media use the websites of educational institutions to achieve his specialization objectives?
In this study; there are sub‐questions emerge from the above main question, including:
 What are the educational media specialist exposure patterns to websites?
 Which websites that educational media specialists prefer to use?
 What are the most important websites that an educational media specialist can getting benefit in his field? What kind of benefit from that websites?
 What are the preference motivation for educational media specialist for websites?
 How much the usage of the educational media specialists for websites of educational institutions?
 What are the websites that help the educational media specialist to achieve the goals of his specialization?
 How extent the educational media specialist benefit from websites in his specialization field?
 How does the educational media specialist know about websites in his specialization field?
 Which media does the educational media specialist use to access the websites of educational institutions?
 What are the motives for the educational media specialist to use the websites of educational institutions?
 How does the educational media specialist interact with the websites of educational institutions?
 What is the truthfulness of websites from point of view of the educational media specialist?
 How extent the educational media specialist use the official websites of educational institutions to achieve the goals of his specialization?

The study importance
The importance of the study comes from the following:
 The importance of the study stems from its focus on an important media facility, which is the websites of educational institutions.
 The importance of using websites for educational institutions has become obviously in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has created the largest disruption of education systems in history, affecting nearly 1.6 billion learners in more than 190 countries and all continents. Closures of schools and other learning spaces have impacted 94 per cent of the world’s student population (United Nations, 2020, P2). Which has led the Egyptian government represented by the Ministry of Education to take over distance education through website, to complete the 2019-2020 academic year.
 The importance of the study come from the importance of websites for carrying out media activities in educational institutions to achieve the goals of the specialization.
 Focus on an important and vital sector in the school community, which is the sector of educational media’s staff, and the necessity of following up on technological developments in the fields of educational media.
 The study aim to draw the attention of officials of educational institutions to the importance of websites.
 The importance of the study comes from know the usage extent of educational media specialist for websites and how much they can benefit from it.
The objectives of the study
The study aims to evaluate the using of the educational media specialist for the websites of educational institutions to achieve the goals of the specialization, through:
 Identify the patterns of the educational media specialist’s exposure to electronics websites.
 Monitor the extent to which educational media specialists use the websites of educational institutions to achieve the goals of their specialization.
 Clarify the reasons that drive educational media specialists to choose these websites.
 Monitor the most important obstacles facing educational media in using websites in educational institutions.
 Located the most important websites that the educational media specialist use to serve educational media.
 Identify how extent to which websites helped the educational media specialist to achieve his goals.
Type of study and its methodology
1- Type of study
This study belongs to descriptive studies which used by researcher to describe the use of educational media specialist for websites of educational institutions to achieve the goals of the specialization, and she designed a survey to measure the using size of educational media specialists for those sites.
2- Methodology of study
In this study, descriptive methodology was used to collect and analyze the data obtained from all the respondents. The researcher developed the questionnaire survey and finalized it before being distributed to the targeted group of educational media specialists in Menoufiya governorate (Ashmoun Educational Administration – ShebinElkom Educational Administration - Al-Bagour Educational Administration - Menouf Educational Administration). The study questionnaire were designed specifically to identify the extent of use of educational media specialists for websites of educational institutions.
The study sample
The overall total of respondents for this study was (200) educational media specialists from Menoufiya governorate (Ashmoun Educational Administration – ShebinElkom Educational Administration - Al-Bagour Educational Administration - Menouf Educational Administration). The questionnaire survey was randomly distributed to the respondents and distributed as (50) specialists in each educational administration.
The Study toolsand its Data Collection Procedure
The data was collected through random distribution of hard copies of questionnaire and an electronic questionnaire through the Google-Drive application during the period of Covid-19 pandemic.
The study hypotheses
 There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the respondents on the measure of the respondents’ use of the websites of educational institutions according to their years of experience in using the Internet.
 There is a positive and statistically significant correlation between the level of the respondents’ usage of the websites of educational institutions and the level of achieving the goals of the specialization.
 The degree to which the respondents use the websites of educational institutions varies according to the difference in the trust level in the truthfulness and objectivity of those sites as a source for obtaining information.
 The degree of respondents’ interaction during the use of the websites of educational institutions varies according to the difference in the trust level in the truthfulness and objectivity of the websites of educational institutions as a source of information.
 There is a positive and statistically significant correlation between the level of interactivity during the use of websites of educational institutions and the level of utilization of websites to achieve the specialization goals.
 There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the respondents on the measure of using the websites of educational institutions according to the difference in demographic variables (sex - residence - qualification - experience).
 There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the respondents on the measure of achieving the goals of the specialization according to the difference in demographic variables (sex - residence - qualification - experience).
The study results
1- The most important results of the field study
 The results of the study showed that the percentage of those who sometimes benefit from websites via the Internet out of the total respondents of the study sample is 64.50%, and the percentage of those who always benefit from websites out of the total respondents of the study sample reached 31.50%, while the percentage of those who rarely benefit from websites out of the total respondents of the study sample 4.00%.
 The results also indicate that the percentage of those who use the websites of educational institutions on the Internet on a regular basis out of the total respondents of the study sample is 53.00%, and the percentage of those who used the websites of educational institutions on the Internet irregularly (sometimes) out of the total respondents of the study sample is 34.50%, while the percentage of those who do not use the websites of educational institutions on the Internet at all, out of the total respondents of the study sampleis 12.50%.
 The results of the study indicate the most important websites that the respondents get benefit from it in the field of specialization, where the Educational Media Specialist Forum came in the first order with a rate 53.50% of the total respondents of the study sample, the Educational Media Club came in second order with a rate 39.50% of the total respondents of the study sample, the Educational Media Team came in the third order with a rate 37.00% of the total respondents of the study sample, the Educational Media Specialists came in the fourth order with a rate of 33.50% of the total respondents of the study sample, and the General Directive for the Press and Educational Media came in the fifth order with a rate 22.50%.While the successful educational media camein the sixth order with a rate 17.50% of the total respondents of the study sample, and the School Journalism and Media Specialists Forum came in the seventh order with a rate 16.00% of the total respondents of the study sample.
 The results showed the most important respondents benefit types from websites in the field of specialization; the School Broadcast came in the first order with a rate 35.00% of the total respondents of the study sample, the Publication of Information and News of Educational Institutions came in the second order at rate 30.00% of the total respondents ofthe study sample, the Presentation of Different Wall Newspapers came inthe third order with a rate 26.00% of the total respondents of the study sample, and the Discussion Sessions with Students and Participation in Competitions of Specialization at the Local and International Level came in the fourth order with a rate 22.00% of the total respondents of the study sample, while the Communicate with Other Educational Media Specialists, and in the fifth order with a rate 21.50% of the total respondents of the study sample, and the Communicate with Students and Parents came in the sixth order at rate 14.00% of the total respondents of the study sample.
 The results indicate the most important websites that help the respondents achieve the goals of their specialization, where the Website of Education Ministry came in first order with a rate of 56.00% of the total respondents of those who use the websites of educational institutions out of the total respondents of the study sample, The second order is the Websites of the Educational Administrations as it came at a rate of 50.29% of the total respondents of those who use the websites of the educational institution
