Abstract
The work presented in this thesis is an important contribution to the potentials of Egyptian propolis aiming to find outnatural XO inhibitors from Egyptian propolis servingas lead compounds for future drug discovery using virtual screening integrated with in-vitrostudies.
Furthermore, in-depth study of the synergetic inhibitory effect of Egyptian propolis and its derived constituents with all opurinol and febuxostat on XO enzyme was accomplished as well.
