يتناول هذا البحث رصد ظاهرة الشرط العدمي في النحو العربي، فقد برز هذا النوع من الشروط النحوية بما له من سمات خاصة ميزته عن نظيره الوجودي، وقد قدم البحث تعريفًا له، وعرضًا لوظائفه وصوره في القاعدة النحوية، كما بيّن ما بينه وبين الشرط الوجودي من فروق. وعند عرضه على أصول النحو تبين أنه ذو جذور راسخة؛ فقد ارتبط بالأدلة النحوية بعدد كبير من المسائل. وقد أسهم الشرط العدمي في خدمة التقعيد النحوي، فكان له آثار متنوعة في شتى أركان القاعدة النحوية.

This research focuses on nonexistent condition phenomenon in Arabic grammar. It shows the concept of the nonexistent condition and its forms. It investigates the main distinctions between The existent and the nonexistent condition. It has been concluded that nonexistent condition is preferred to the existent condition, based on its syntactic characteristics. As for The foundation of it, it depends on original roots. Finally we deduced that it had made a great effects in the syntactic rules.
Research plan:
The research is divided into an introduction, preface, three chapters and
a conclusion followed by the technical index of the research.
The introduction discussed the importance of the topic, the rationale of it, the literature of review, the framework and its methodology.
The preface included what the syntax scholars mean with condition and the types of the syntactic condition.
And as for chapter one it’s title :
The concept of the nonexistent condition”.”
As for Chapter two, it’s title:
”The foundation of the nonexistent condition”.
As for chapter three, it’s title :
”The effects of the nonexistent condition in the syntactic rule”.
As for the conclusion, it includes the research final results.
And finally there will be the technical indexes of the research
