يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة علاقة نوعى الأداة الإلكترونية المستخدمة لتنظيم العمل (لوحة النقاش- تقويم المجموعات) فى بيئة تعلم إلكترونى قائمة على إستراتيجية الفريق الافتراضى بمهارات التفكير المرن، وتنمية مهارات بناء الخطة الإستراتيجية لدى أخصائيى تكنولوجيا التعليم. ولتحقيق ذلك قامت الباحثة بالاطلاع على الأدبيات المرتبطة بمحاور البحث، واختيار عينة البحث التى اقتصرت على طالبات الفرقة الرابعة شعبة تكنولوجيا التعليم، وإعداد المعالجة التجريبية والتى تمثلت فى استخلاص قوائم المعايير، وقائمة مهارات بناء الخطة الإستراتيجية. ثم قامت الباحثة بتطوير بيئة التعلم الإلكترونى القائمة على إستراتيجية الفريق الافتراضى بنوعى الأداة الإلكترونية (لوحة النقاش – تقويم المجموعات) بتطبيق نموذج التصميم التعليمى ADDIE وفى ضوء معايير تصميم برامج التعلم الإلكترونى القائمة على إستراتيجية الفريق الافتراضى، ثم التوصل للصورتين النهائيتين لبيئة التعلم بنمطيها. وقامت الباحثة بإجراءات تجربة البحث والتى تمثلت فى إعداد بيئة التعلم، وتهيئة الطالبات لتجربة البحث، والتطبيق القبلى، وتطبيق المعالجة التجريبية، ثم التطبيق البعدى لأدوات البحث ( الاختبار التحصيلى- بطاقة تقييم المنتج النهائى- بطاقة تحليل مهارات التفكير المرن)، ثم تم جمع البيانات وإجراء المعالجة الاحصائية لها. وتوصلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود علاقة بين نوعى الأداة الإلكترونية (لوحة النقاش- تقويم المجموعات) فى بيئة التعلم الإلكترونى القائمة ٍعلى إستراتيجية الفريق الافتراضى، والتفكير المرن. ولم يكن هناك فرق بين نوعى الأداة الإلكترونية فى تقليل أو زيادة مهارات التفكير المرن، إلَّا أنه ظهر فى الموديول الخامس تفوق للمجموعة التجريبية التى استخدمت نوع الأداة الإلكترونية لوحة النقاش، وظهر الآثر الأكبر لنوع الأداة الإلكترونية لوحة النقاش فى تنمية التحصيل المعرفى لمهارات بناء الخطة الإستراتيجية. كما تساوت نوعى الأداة الإلكترونية فى تنمية مهارات بناء الخطة الإستراتيجية.

(Abstract)
This research aims to study the relationship between two types of the electronic tool used to organize the work (discussion board - groups calendar) in an e-learning environment based on the virtual team’s strategy with the flexible thinking skills, and develop the strategic plan building skills for the educational technology specialists. To achieve this, the researcher has reviewed the related literatures with the research axes, selecting the research’s sample that was restricted to students of the fourth year specialized in educational technology, preparing the experimental treatment which is represented in extracting lists of the criteria, a list of the strategic plan building skills. Then, the researcher developed the e-learning environment based on the virtual team’s strategy with two types of the electronic tool (discussion board - groups calendar) by applying the educational design model ADDIE and in light of criteria for designing the e-learning programs based on the virtual team’s strategy, then reaching to the final images of the learning environment with its two types. The researcher has performed procedures of the research’s experiment that represented in preparing the learning environment, preparing the students for the research’s experiment, the pre-application, the experimental treatment application, then the post-application for the research’s tools (the achievement test - the final product evaluation card - the flexible thinking skills analysis card), then the data was collected and the statistical treatment was performed. The results concluded that there is no relationship between two types of the electronic tool (discussion board - groups calendar) in the e-learning environment based on the virtual team’s strategy and flexible thinking. Also, there was no difference between two types of the electronic tool in decreasing or increasing the flexible thinking skills. However, it is appeared, in the fifth module, superiority for the experimental group that used type of the electronic tool the discussion board, and the largest effect for the type of the electronic tool the discussion board appeared in developing the cognitive achievement for the strategic plan building skills. Also, the two types of the electronic tool were equal in developing the strategic plan building skills.
