Abstract Transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) is one of one-day surgeries that have increased in frequency. The demand for anesthetic techniques that can provide fast recovery and stable hemodynamics for these surgeries has also increased. Spinal anesthesia with different bupivacaine concentrations may affect the onset,extent,and duration of sensory block as well as side effects. |
