هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع الشراكة البحثية بالجامعات المصرية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدنى واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى وأدواته البحثية من استبانات وزيارات ميدانية وذلك لوصف وتحليل الأسس النظرية للشراكة البحثية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدنى بصفة عامة ثم عرض لخبرات بعض الدول فى مجال الشراكة البحثية بين الجامعة ومؤسسات المجتمع المدنىللخروج بنقاط قوة تسهم فى تفعيل الشراكة البحثية وقدمت الدراسة تصوراً مقترحاً يحسن من تفعيل الشراكة البحثية.
ويقدم الحلول لبعض الصعوبات التى تواجه تفعيل الشراكة البحثية بين الجامعات ومؤسسات المجتمع المدنى.

Abstract
This study aims to identify the reality of the research partnership in Egyptian universities and civil society institutions. The study used the descriptive approach and its research tools from questionnaires and field visits to describe and analyze the theoretical foundations of the research partnership and civil society institutions in general, and then presented the experiences of some countries in the field of research partnership between the university and civil society institutions to come up with points A force that contributes to the activation of the research partnership. The study presented a suggested concept that improves the activation of the research partnership.
It provides solutions to some of the difficulties that face activating the research partnership between universities and civil society institutions.
