Abstract The current study used descriptive methodology to investigate the relationship between organizational justice and organizational excellence in Egyptian tourism companies. The study used questionnaire to gather data from 329 tourism companies in Cairo. The study was concerned with discussing the impact of organizational justice on achieving excellence for Egyptian tourism companies. Organizational justice represents employees’ perceptions about fairness within organizations. In this context, a new model for organizational excellence has been prepared that combines the most influential factors to achieve excellence from two models; European Foundation for Quality Management and the American Malcolm Bridge models. This model is supposed to be the nucleus of a new model for organizational excellence for Egyptian tourism companies to be applied in a future study. Results revealed a significant correlation between organizational justice and organizational excellence. Moreover, there are significant differences between demographic variables in both organizational justice and organizational excellence except gender. Finally, organizational justice has a predictive ability of organizational excellence in Egyptian tourism companies. The study is concluded with some recommendations for managers to benefit from the impact of organizational justice on organizational excellence in their companies. In addition, the study recommended further research suggestions such as conducting studies about previous variables on other sectors of tourism industry such as hotels and airlines.
