Abstract

The thesis consists of four chapters are concerned with the synthesis of Zr-based metal-organic framework (UiO-66) and using it as a carrier for the ammonium molybdate after modification its surface by cationic surfactant. The newly designed solid sensor was then used for determination of arsenate and phosphate ions. The influence of various parameters was optimized, and the analytical performance of the novel sensor was evaluated. Both of the spectrophotometric and digital image-based colorimetric analysis strategies were applied to the determination of the examined ions.
