We performed ligation and debridement of the pseudoaneurysms and observed the limbs postoperatively to determine their outcome after ligation in 12 cases We performed extra-anatomical iliofemoral bypass with ringed PTFE synthetic graft for patients who were critically ischemic and no Doppler flow after test clamping of iliac artery and required revascularization they were 8 cases. We observed the different factors that might affect this outcome such as presentation of the swelling and Ankle Brachial Index measurements pre and post-operatively. |
