المستخلص

‎ Sports training methods have evolved tremendously over ‎the past years to become suitable for players, and the trainer is ‎constantly following up on everything new in the field of ‎training in order to be able to raise the physical, skill and digital ‎level of players and bring them to the highest levels of sports.‎
Resistance exercises with rubber ropes is one of the modern ‎trends in sports training that is applied in the sports field and also ‎one of the techniques and non-traditional training methods that ‎aim to improve sports performance and through which can ‎improve the physical abilities of the game, which contribute to ‎the development of physical performance, especially with ‎beginners teams as the resistance exercises are distinguished With ‎the factor of safety and security and ease of use in any place that ‎allows training, they also allow the element of suspense instead ‎of weights and other tools that contribute to the training process ‎to the beginner person.‎
where the American Institute of Sports Medicine indicates ‎that resistance exercise is specifically designed to develop ‎strength, muscular capacity and endurance of strength, called ‎weight exercises or strength exercises, performed by various ‎methods such as resistance devices and free weights, or by rubber ‎cords, or by using the body weight during pull upward or ‎jumping down (deep jump)‎.
