Abstract
Abstract
This thesis aims at investigating the effect of outsourcing on FDI. For this purpose, literature regarding outsourcing, FDI, and the link between them has been presented in this thesis. Empirically, the study relies on a panel data during (2005_ 2017) by utilizing Fixed Effect model with factor analysis to examine the impact of outsourcing on FDI. The empirical results show that outsourcing has a positive impact on FDI in BRICS countries.
