Abstract
The objective of this study is the Preparation of new heterogeneous solid acid catalyst from agriculture waste such as rice straw. Different analytical ways is used to understand the physical and chemical characterization of catalyst prepared, the experimental variables affecting on the production of biodiesel using the prepared catalyst is Studied, chemical and physical tests of biodiesel prepared are Illustrated. Two applications are applied on biodiesel prepared. First application is studying Engine performance and Emission exhaust. The second application is studying the Combustion characteristic as a biofuel. Finally, suitable plant for small-scale production of biodiesel process from waste cooking oil is designed using ASPEN PLUS.
