Abstract

The study aimed to identify the frameworks of Iraqi electronic newspapers covering the issues of the Iraqi child, as the policies pursued by the post-occupation governments in Iraq produced difficult humanitarian problems and conditions for the Iraqis, and according to what the Muslim Scholars Association website in Iraq published, the failed policies pursued by successive occupation governments a year ago 2003, in Iraq’s wounded decline in all fields, especially educational, health and economic, and became the people of this country - which still has the second largest oil reserves in the world.This study is considered descriptive studies, and it used the method of media survey, and the period between January 2019 and the end of December 2019 is the field of research and investigation, according to his full knowledge of the research community - it represents the original community correctly and this method is useful in studies of content analysis when the researcher conducts analytical studies On the Iraqi electronic newspapers during a certain period of time and was chosen according to the results of the survey study Al-Zaman electronic newspaper - Iraq Today electronic newspaper - Al-Dustour electronic newspaper where the three newspapers were the most newspapers that dealt with issues of Iraqi Phil is a comprehensive survey of all the topics that dealt with the Iraqi children’s issues along the duration of the study. The most important objectives of the study were as follows: The study is based on a main goal that is to identify the frameworks of Iraqi electronic newspapers covering the issues of the Iraqi child. Several sub-goals emerge from this goal, as follows: 1. Identify the most important frameworks that the Iraqi electronic newspapers have adopted to address the issues of the Iraqi child. 2. Learn about the most important journalistic arts that Iraqi electronic newspapers have employed to tackle Iraqi children’s issues. 3. Learn about the most prominent child issues that are presented through the Iraqi electronic newspapers. 4. Learn about the sources of the press article published in the Iraqi electronic newspapers. 5. Identify the central characters to which the article published in the Iraqi electronic newspapers relates. 6. Identify the values that the content emphasizes about the child in the Iraqi electronic newspapers. 7. Learn about ways of presenting the topic related to Iraqi child issues on the page in the Iraqi electronic newspapers. 8. Learn about the mechanisms and strategies of frameworks employed by the study sites in their coverage of Iraqi child issues. The study was divided into four chapters, where the first chapter dealt with The methodological framework of the study, and a review of the study problem, its goals and questions, as well as a presentation of the most important previous studies that directly or indirectly relate to the subject of the study, the theoretical framework of the study, the concepts of the study, and the methodological procedures of the study, while the second chapter deals with journalism The Iraqi electronic, while the third chapter dealt with the issues of Iraqi children’s rights, while the fourth chapter touched on the results of the analytical study as it includes the methodological procedures for the study, the results of the analytical study, the examination of the hypotheses of the analytical study, and my brother Conclusion and recommendations of the study. Among the most important findings of the study: • The results of the analytical study confirmed the topics covered in the electronic newspapers on the issues of the Iraqi child, where the data indicate that came in the first order the lack of food for the child and in the second arrangement the lack of medical supplies and in the third order the health concerns of children. • The results of the analytical study indicated the sources of information for the electronic newspapers under study, where the data indicate that it came in the first order news agencies and in the second order equally in the percentage between the international information network, Iraqi civil society organizations and in the third order ministries and governmental institutions. • The results of the analytical study indicated the opinion material used in the treatment in the Iraqi electronic newspaper, where the data indicate that it came in the first order both equally in the percentage between a column, an analytical article and in the second order an opening article. • The results of the analytical study indicated the press arts used in presenting Iraqi children’s issues in electronic newspapers, where the data indicate that the press report came in the first order and in the second order a news story and in the third arrangement the modern press. Finally, the following recommendations were reached: 1. The importance of the Iraqi newspapers seeking to have more depth in dealing with children’s issues, and not to superficially deal with these issues with the aim of finding solutions to these issues and problems related to children. 2. The Iraqi newspapers need to diversify the sources of information in dealing with children’s issues and give more attention to scientific studies as sources regarding child issues. 3. The importance of a clear media policy that directs the performance of those responsible for Iraqi newspapers to develop their performance in order to develop the media’s performance in relation to the rights of the Iraqi child as approved by international conventions and agreements. 4. The need to implement continuous media campaigns in which all Iraqi newspapers are employed to sensitize the community to the rights of the child as per the relevant international agreements and covenants. 5. Continuous planning to build the capabilities of those in the field of childhood communication to include all employees of the Iraqi newspapers in order to develop their capabilities to deal with all variables related to children’s rights.
