Abstract
Faba bean, peas and kidney bean are the most important legume crops in Egypt and considered the main source of plant protein. Several insect pests attack these crops, the serious pests are whiteflies, Bemisia tabaci (Genn.), cowpea aphid, Aphis craccivora (Koch), leafhoppers, Empoasca discipiens Paoli and bean leafminer, Liriomyza congesta (Becker). The present work was carried out at Kafr Elzayat, El-Gharbia Governorate during 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 seasons for peas and 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 seasons for faba bean and kidney bean.
