Abstract
In the end of the present work many recommendations can be submitted as follow:
1. The nutritional and therapeutic effects have been exhibited by tested plant parts by-products such Apricot peel powder (APP), red onion skin powder (ROSP) , banana peel powder (BPP) and their mixture probably attributed to its highly content of many nutrients and bioactive compounds such phyto-bioactive and aversive compounds etc.
2. The data of the present work with that carried out by the others could be represent the mile stone towards the extension of using plant parts by-products powder/extracts such ASP, ROSP, BPP and their mixture as natural antioxidants in many different food technological applications such natural antioxidants, additives, enhancers etc.
3. Paying attention in the future to carry out more and more research in the area of plant parts by-products with the high content of different categories bioactive compounds and extended their applications in human diets, industrial and medical applications instead of the synthetic antioxidants/chemicals used which have induced healthy hazards and side effects for the human being.
4. The potency of plant parts by-products including ASP, ROSP, BPP and their mixture to ameliorate the obesity complications including liver and kidney disorders, hyperglycemia, oxidative stress, serum lipid profile and neurological disorders should be taken in our consideration during preparing the prevention/treatments strategies of obesity.
5. Preparing of many advertising programs in different media channels to aware the community people by the nutritional and pharmacological significant compounds found in plant parts by-products.
