Sport has transformed from luxuries to essentials lately. Physical education is the basic nucleus of the sports community in any country It is a factory for preparing and qualifying future champions for all different games where the clubs contribute to the preparation of sports champions in all the different games They contribute to the formation of sports federations other than their important social role, as these clubs perform many social services for their members.
Investment is defined as relinquishing the use of current funds for a period of time in order to obtain more cash flows in the future.
It is a compensation for the present value of the invested money as well as compensation for the expected decrease in the purchasing power of the invested funds.
Sports clubs are also considered one of the important educational institutions that are concerned with the development of society, and those in charge of them should set policies that contribute to the advancement of them by developing plans and programs for members of these clubs in various sports and social fields and then raising the level of the individual in the various stages of his life by choosing the best sports activities that The requirements of the members are fulfilled in accordance with the national requirements within the framework of the state’s general policy.
Football is considered one of the most important sports that clubs and sports institutions seek to place on top of the activities plans they provide to their members, not only because it is the first popular sport in the world and in Egypt, but because it is able to generate a large income that meets the needs of organizing football activities and generates additional income to finance The rest of the activities of the institutions.
Whereas, the forms of sports investment varied and varied in light of the new Sports Law No. 71 of 2017, which supports all forms of sports investment to allow clubs and all sports institutions to self-finance their programs and activities.
It has become imperative for researchers in the field of sports in general and the field of sports administration in particular to conduct applied scientific research that moves in this direction.
The researcher noted that most of the research that dealt with these topics did not refer from near or far to the budding stage in football, as the research dealt with investing in football for higher levels, first-class players, and even juniors, while ignoring this stage, which the researcher believes is receiving great attention from parents and players. As it serves as the foundation for all the following stages from the mental, social, psychological, educational and physical aspects.
Hence this study, which seeks to develop a plan to develop the football buds sector in northern Upper Egypt clubs.
research aims:
This research aims to propose a plan to develop the junior football sector in northern Upper Egypt clubs by identifying:
1. The current reality of the football junior sector in northern Upper Egypt clubs.
2. The most important obstacles related to the football junior sector in northern Upper Egypt clubs.
3. The most important development suggestions to activate the role of the junior football sector in northern Upper Egypt clubs.
Search questions:
1. What is the current reality of investment and marketing in the football field in northern Upper Egypt clubs?
2. What are the most important obstacles related to the football junior sector in northern Upper Egypt clubs?
3. What are the most important development suggestions to activate the role of the junior football sector in northern Upper Egypt clubs?
Search terms:
• Football junior:
They are children who practice football in the age group (8-11) and do not have official competitions, whether international or local.
Research Methodology:
The researcher used the descriptive approach ”survey studies” in order to suit the nature of this research and achieve its objectives.
where the descriptive approach aims to collect data to try to answer questions related to the current state of the members of the research sample, and the descriptive study determines and decides the thing as it is, i.e. describes what is an object.
Descriptive research does not stop at the point of collecting, classifying and tabulating data, i.e. mere finding and obtaining facts, but it includes some degree of interpretation of this data.
research community:
The research community has been selected from sports clubs belonging to the governorates of North Upper Egypt and has a budding sector in the sport of football, namely:
• Fayoum Governorate:
There are no clubs that have a budding football sector.
• Beni Suef Governorate:
1. Beni Suef Telephone Club.
2. Teachers Sports Club.
3. Beni Suef Sports Club.
4. Assiuti Club
• Minya Governorate
1. Minia Sports Club
2. Nasser Intellectual Club
3. Maghagha Sports Club.
The research sample:
The researcher will apply the study to a sample that will be randomly selected from the research community according to the following: Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Club / Members of the Board of Directors of the Club / Director of the Club / Director of Marketing and Investment / Director of Sports Activity / Director of the Football Sector / Football Coaches / Administrators Football sector workers / parents of registered buddies.
Data collection tools:
The researcher has used many tools that are used to collect information about the study under investigation, which will be presented as follows:
1. Analysis of documents and studies:
The researcher analyzed the references and related studies that dealt with the marketing plan in general in order to arrive at the main axes and suggested phrases related to the questionnaire monitoring the current reality of marketing and investment as well as the items of the proposed plan by reviewing references such as Yasser Saeed Muhammad Ramadan (2017), Muhammad Yasser Magdy Abu Arab (2013), Hany Gamal Youssef (2012), Moataz Mustafa Abdel-Gawad (2008). Thus, the researcher reached 4 hypothetical axes of the questionnaire for monitoring the current reality of the football buds sector in northern Upper Egypt clubs.
2. A survey to monitor the current reality of the football buds sector in northern Upper Egypt clubs, which states the following axes:
- The first axis: the strengths of the football buds sector in northern Upper Egypt clubs
- The second axis: the weaknesses of the football buds sector in northern Upper Egypt clubs
- The third axis: the threats facing the football buds sector in northern Upper Egypt clubs
- The fourth axis: opportunities for football buds in northern Upper Egypt clubs.
Abstracts:
In light of the results obtained, processed, presented and interpreted, and within the limits of the curriculum:
1. There are no external funding sources contributing to the development of the Baraem sector.
2. Lack of technical expertise in training.
3. Lack of experience supervisors working in the field.
4. The lack of a special department for marketing and investment in buds molds.
5. There is no activation of mechanisms to attract businessmen and investors to contribute to financing the clubs’ sectors of buds for their development.
Research recommendations:
1. Determining who is responsible for marketing the budding players.
2. Designing a trademark for the football buds sector in the club.
3. Designing a special account through social media for the football buds sector in the club.
4. Providing appropriate and modern tools and devices that help complete the training process properly.
5. Conducting courses to develop the skills and technical expertise of trainers.
