Abstract The study concludes that the FDP is a crucial step in the management of curriculum change. The FDP should be started early to ensure smooth implementation of the changes. Most of the staff members were satisfied with the FDP. We believe that the quality of workshops including the interactive lectures, small group discussions, educational materials, reflective practices and the provision of timely and constructive feedback for the staff members is important factors and should be focused on when developing FDP to support curriculum change. |
