Introduction to the research:
Osama Ratib (1998 AD) states that swimming is one of the types of water sports that take advantage of the water environment to move through it through both the arms, legs and torso movements for the purpose of upgrading human competence, not only from the physical and skill side, but also from the psychological, social, and even mental side Also, this popular sport for everyone occupies a prominent position in the global and Olympic courses, as it has the largest number of medals except sports, and so it has become fashionable to find some developed countries keen to eradicate swimming illiteracy, their eagerness to eradicate literacy, as well as On the development of swimming training methods as in a country like Germany.
Water sports are a unique type of sporting activities where players perform all sports movements within the water milieu, which differs radically from the rest of the recent sporting activities and mono fins are considered one of the water sports developed on the global sporting field in general and water in particular that have appeared on the Egyptian sports arena.
Due to the difference in the nature of the technical performance of mono fins swimming from other swimming methods, where the swimmer depends mainly on the movement of the lower end of the trunk area represented in the muscles of the abdomen and back and passing through the muscles of the thigh and leg and ending in the bones of the feet and mono fins in the output of the force necessary to move forward while the upper part forms The swimmer’s body has the main role in the body’s balance process inside the water, as well as the penetration process.
Also, sports injuries represent the main obstacle to the development of the heroic sporting level, where the process of progressive development of sports training is confused and consequently it is impossible to achieve the targeted sporting goals. Although sports injuries are easy compared to road injuries and accidents, disasters, earthquakes and wars, they are multiple and some of them may lead to temporary or complete disability. And sometimes to death, which necessitates taking special care in her studies, especially in connection with our professional or sporting life as previously .
”Qadri Bakri, Ali Jalal Al-Din (2011) indicates that lower back pain is one of the most prevalent injuries and usually the reasons leading to it are excessive lengthening of the spinal ligaments and an imbalance in the muscular balance represented by increasing curvature of the spine and this disorder can be eliminated by using Appropriate physical exercises.
Physical athlete practitioners, whether during training or through formal or beloved competitions, are usually subjected to many injuries, whether big or small. Both Karolev and Mironava have concluded that each (10,000) ten thousand physical exercise practitioners are injured, of whom 43% to 47 %
Research problem:
The researcher has noticed, through his work in the field of training in many clubs and specialized sports centers and his follow-up to local and international championships, that there are deficiencies in the performance of some of the mono swim players as a result of pressure and excessive loading and lack of interest in strengthening the muscles of the lower back, which play a fundamental role in moving the body during performance and then we find It is the lack of interest in strengthening the muscles of the lower back that leads to the injury to the occurrence of injury or the inability to perform at the required level, which prompted the researcher to choose a research topic in order to bring about the adaptation of the body’s organs to muscular work with the same competitive efficiency, but with more force for the muscles of the lower back, which ensures participation strongly in competitions And not to be exposed to the risk of injury and the consequent failure of the results or stop participating for a while or stop playing and this occurs in extreme cases.
research aims :-
The research aims to design a preventive training program to strengthen the muscles of the lower back and to determine its effect on:
- Some physical variables for the mono swim players under discussion (strength – flexibility)
-Prevention of lower back injuries (based on the occurrence of non-existent injuries)
Research hypotheses
1- There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in the level of physical variables under consideration by the mono swimmers in favor of telemetry.
2-There are statistically significant differences between the two dimensional measurements of the experimental group and the control in the level of physical variables and the injury rates of the mono swimmers in favor of the experimental group.
Search terms:-
Injury injuries:
Injury is a defect that may affect the arm’s support system (muscles, bones, joints) or nerves, impeding with it the dynamic development of the athlete’s level and preventing him from continuing to perform his formal or friendly exercises or contributions, which is a pathological phenomenon.
The Mono:
It is a ripple swim, made up of a series of repetitive regular movements, and the first swimming movements begin with mono fins from the neck and shoulders area, and the effect of this movement is transferred gradually to the waist and then to the lower end.
Search procedures:
First: Research Methodology:
The researcher used the experimental approach due to its relevance to the nature of the research, and one of the experimental designs was used, which is the experimental design of two groups, one of which is control and the other is experimental by following the pre and post measurements of the two groups; In order to suit nature this research.
Second: Research Society:
The research community was chosen in an intentional way from the Mono swimmers beginners of the Gezira Youth Center Club and the Jungle Club who are registered in the Egyptian Swimming Federation for the year 920-20 from the age of (11:15), and the number is ۲5 swimmer
Third: The research sample:
The researcher randomly selected the research sample from the Mono swimmers from Al-Jazira Youth Center and Al-Ghaba Club (15 players), 5 players for the exploratory sample, and 5 players for the control group, 5 players for the experimental group.
Data collection methods and tools:
Devices and tools used:
A medical scale to measure weight in kilograms
rasterameter to measure height in centimeters
Flexibility measurement box
Data collection methods:
Arab and foreign reference sources
. (The International Information Network (Internet-
. Form for recording sample data and measurements-
Fifth: The steps of carrying out the research:
Selection of associate colleagues to help perform the tests.-
- The administrative approvals required to apply the experiment to the sample.
-The survey to identify the difficulties that the researcher may encounter.
- selection and codification of preventive training after presentation to supervisors
Tribal measurement of the research group.
It was applied over a period of (12 weeks) in the period from Thursday, 14/14/2019 to Tuesday 14/5/2019, divided into two phases, the first phase includes (18) units, and includes the muscular strength training of the abdomen, The second stage includes (18) units, and includes flexibility training for the spine. The program includes (36) units with three units per week. The duration of one unit in the first stage (30-35) and the second stage (35-40) minutes. Research on the same variables of tribal measurement.
Performing the necessary statistical treatments for the research.
Statistical processing:
The researcher used the following statistical methods as they are appropriate to the nature of the research and are
Descriptive statistics. -
Significance of Wilkson (Z)-
Difference indication by Whitney Mann (U)-
Ratios of improvement (%)-
-The researcher was satisfied with the level of significance (0.05), and the researcher used the statistical program (SPSS)
Summary of the research
The research aims to design a preventive training program to strengthen the muscles of the lower back, and to determine its effect on some physical variables of the mono swim players under investigation (strength - flexibility), prevention of injuries to the lower back (from the reality of the occurrence of injuries from lack) The researcher used the experimental approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research One of the experimental designs was used, which is the experimental design of two groups, one of which is a control and the other is experimental, using the pre and post measurements of the two groups. And due to its relevance to the nature of this research, the research community was chosen in an intentional way from the Mono swimmers beginners of the Gezira Youth Center Club and the Forest Club and registered in the Egyptian Swimming Federation for the year 9-20-20 from the age of (15:15), and the number of ۲5 swimmer the researcher chose the research sample in the way The randomness of mono swimmers for Al-Jazira Youth Club and Al-Ghaba Club, which are (15 players, including 5 players) for the exploratory sample, and 5 players for the control group, 5 players for the experimental group. The most important results are the presence of statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements I have in all the variables under consideration by the experimental group In favor of telemetry, the percentages of change between the pre and post measurements in the variables of the strength of the abdominal muscles and the elasticity of the back in question ranged between (23.8) and (31.9). The level of player performance, attention to training that leads to weight and resistance, taking into account the dental stages, because of its importance in improving muscle strength and flexibility, which leads to lessening Injury rates.
