Abstract Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a debilitating illness that affects social, familial, & financial well-being of those afflicted, and significantly impacts quality of life. Given that; the onset of symptoms are occurring very frequently in childhood, the exploration of risk factors that could be attributed to development of obsessive compulsive tendencies in childhood, will offer a different perspective in order to reduce the prevalence of lifelong OCD. |
