Abstract Target of thesis: 1)Synthesis of Cinnoline deivatives. 2)Search contains synthesis of pyridazines and nitroolefins by green methods. 3)Use prepared compounds in synthesis of cinnoline derivatives. 4)Proof structure of prepared compounds by using advanced spectral and analytical techniques. 5)Measure of biological activity for some prepared compounds. Results of thesis: 1) we actullay prepared cinnoline deivatives. 2)we have developed a simple, green and highly efficient protocol 3) Microwave assisted synthesis of polyfunctionally substituted cinnolines. 4)This protocol was found to be of high diversity with the presence of functional groups in aryl substituents or pyridazines scaffold. 5)We could efficiently synthesize polyfunctionally substituted cinnolines bearing nitro group avoiding the lengthy and harsh procedures for the synthesis of such products. |
