Abstract

Chronic severe nasal obstruction is one of most common cause of middle ear diseases and ET dysfunction as the nasal obstruction affect middle ear ventilation. Hypertrophy of inferior turbinate and deviated nasal septum considered as the most frequent cause of chronic nasal obstruction.
