The research aims to DROP the semantics as an application process on legal texts and try to interpret the legal text with the legal and fundamental mechanism :
Curriculum :
The inductive method was used first in terms of collecting practical material from the books of the principles of jurisprudence and law, and the transition was applied to the original methodology, through the application of fundamentalist rules to legal texts .
Message results :
1- That the scholars of Islamic jurisprudence had a preference in setting rules and regulations for the interpreter to follow .
2- The lack of knowledge of the principles of law in the true sense of the people of this art .
3- Report that Islam is valid for every time and place .
4- The validity of Islamic Sharia rules to apply to legal texts .
