Abstract A total of 90 milk samples randomly collected for evaluation of some harmful residues. Results revealed that detection of β-lactams and fluoroquinolones residues in milk samples using AuroFlow™ Strip Test were 42.2% and 21.1%, respectively. HPLC analysis revealed that 32.2%, 7.8 % and 21.1 % of samples were contaminated with amoxicillin, ceftriaxone and ciprofloxacin, with the mean concentrations of 6.95±1.36, 8.67±2.42and8.68±1.9 ppb, respectively. The reduction percent of these antibiotic residues after boiling was 1.04ppb (85%), 1.09ppb (87.4%) and 6.33ppb (27%), respectively.75.5% of samples were contained lead with the mean concentration 0.4555± 0.0828ppm and7.77 % of samples were contained Formalin. |
