المستخلص The study aimed at developing the working memory of primary school students with learning disabilities and its impact on some language skills (reading and writing). The sample of the study consisted of (20) female students and was divided into two groups (10) female students of an experimental group and the training program based on successful intelligence was applied to them, (10) female students of an officer group. The researcher used the experimental semi-experimental approach. The researcher used the tools: a test of achievement (preparation of the researcher), a measure of working memory (preparation of the researcher), a measure of language skills (preparation of the researcher), and a training program based on successful intelligence (preparation of the researcher).) The results of the study found statistically significant differences between the average levels of the experimental groups and the control group in the dimensional measurement in the working memory in favor of the experimental group, the existence of statistically function differences between the average grades of the tribal and dimensional indexesthetics of the experimental group in the working memory scale in favor of the dimension and tracking grades, there are differences between the average levels of dimension and trace. There are two experimental and control groups in the dimension measurement in language skills (reading and writing) for the experimental group, there are statistically significant differences between the average levels of the experimental group in the tribal and dimension levels in favor of dimensional measurement, there are no statistical lysine differences between the average levels of the experimental group on the standard of language skills in the dimensional and tracking standards, and the results have been interpreted in the light of the results of previous studies, and some of the proposed recommendations have been completed.
