Abstract
This study was conducted on 22 patients with VS in the period from February 2018 to February 2020. All patients were undergone VS microsurgical excision in the Neurosurgery Department, Tanta University Hospitals.Age and sex distribution in the present study showed the age of
patients in the present study varied from 12 to 60 years with a mean age of
47 ± 12.78 years at the time of surgery. With the peak incidence at the 5th and 6th decades of life. Sex distribution showed female predominance than males with the percentage of 72.%females and 27.3% to males with
females to males ratio is 3/1.
