Abstract
Prostate cancer is a leading cause of mortality and morbidity globally,
but in Egypt, the incidence is quite different. Prostate cancer comes in
the sixth rank with median age 72.8 years.Most men with early stage prostate cancer have no symptoms
attributable to the cancer and often diagnosed with screening PSA.Urinary frequency, urgency, nocturia, and hesitancy are seen commonly but are usually related to a concomitant benign prostate enlargement. Symptoms of disseminated disease as bone ache in bone metastasis may be the first presenting symptom in many patients.
