First: The problem of study and its importance:
The family is the first human system, whose basic functions are the continuation and preservation of the type. The biological function is considered one of the most important functions of the family, including the function of reproduction, reproduction and preserving the type from extinction. In the legal framework, childbearing is the only function that the family takes over in all societies. The family is subject to family disintegration, the most important of which is the marital conflicts that result from the psychological incompatibility between the spouses, ignorance of sexual culture, as well as the weakness of the woman’s personality and the lack of positive participation for the husband or vice versa with regard to the man, in his life and his private affairs, also the sterility of one of the spouses or his chronic disease, so it is delayed Childbearing often leads to many marital problems that may be a cause for problems that could end in divorce between spouses, so infertility is one of the challenges facing the family in general and the woman in particular, and it has several dimensions that go beyond the medical effects of difficulty. Pregnancy or its impossibility to include social and economic impacts, such as failure to form a normal family of father, mother and children, as well as psychological effects, such as the emergence of some Psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, and low self-image of the woman, when childbearing is difficult and the spouses or one of them are infertile; Because this has an effect that shakes the being of their marital life and threatens its survival, for the sense of motherhood and fatherhood is a feeling that every husband and wife dreams of, and if this feeling disrupts, it affects the family life and its stability regardless of love and affection between the spouses, and childbearing may be reflected on marital compatibility, so family social work aims to Work on the cohesion and happiness of the family because it is the basic unit in every social, economic and political system, and the service of the individual seeks to achieve the maximum help for the family to reach the maximum that its conditions enable it to satisfy its needs and the needs of its members so that it can continue in an atmosphere of love, tolerance and positive relations between its members, and it uses the method Serving the individual in this has many approaches and models that help it achieve its goals, and the most important of these models are: Family therapy in casework , which aims to help the family to identify and know the weaknesses that affect family relationships and interactions, and to help the family to improve the dynamic social employment, and to help the family To isolate and abandon negative values and abnormal behavior in the performance of family functions
Based on the above, the researcher believes that family therapy is the best treatment to deal with the problem of infertility in women and its relationship to marital compatibility disorder. Accordingly, the problem of the study was defined in identifying the factors, problems and effects associated with infertility in women and its relationship to compatibility in marital life, as the problem of infertility among women is from Problems that threaten the entity of the family in particular, which leads to tension in marital relations, making the family vulnerable to family disintegration and the prevalence of manifestations of incompatibility of spouses in many areas of life, whether social, economic, emotional, or intellectual, etc. This negatively affects the psychological compatibility of the woman and makes her susceptible to mental illness due to her psychological and biological composition that is different from the man, so many different specializations and professions study this problem, and the profession of social service is one of the professions that work in this family field or serving the individual as a method of social service that It deals with such a category, as the social worker works to identify the problems facing these gentlemen He uses many therapeutic approaches that help him in solving many of these problems, and among these therapeutic approaches is (The Family Therapy in social case work)
Second: The importance of the study
Whereas the study problem seeks to identify aspects related to female infertility and its relationship to marital compatibility disorder and to arrive at a proposed program using the family therapy model to treat this problem, so its importance is due to:
1- The problem of infertility is an important problem, as statistics indicate around the world at 15% and in Egypt at 2%.
2- In light of what the results of previous studies indicated that infertility affects marital compatibility, as in the study of Hammoud Fahad Al-Qashaan (2000) and the study of Sanaa Abu Ajila Kashkar (2019).
3- Through my work at the University Women’s Health Hospital at Assiut University, the number of sterile women’s cases increased, which affects marital compatibility:
These are interesting cases of inquiry that prompted the researcher to conduct this study.
4- This study may represent a recent addition in the field of social studies to deal with this topic, which is female infertility and its relationship to marital compatibility disorder from the perspective of family therapy in the service of the individual.
5- The lack of research and studies in social service in general and in the service of the individual in particular with regard to the study of infertility in women and its relationship to marital compatibility disorder within the limits of the researcher’s knowledge
Third: The objectives of the study
The current study seeks to achieve:
1- Determining the factors associated with female infertility and its relationship to marital compatibility disorder.
2- Determining the problems resulting from female infertility and its relationship to marital compatibility disorder.
3- Determining the effects resulting from female infertility and its relationship to marital compatibility disorder.
4- Determine the relationship between female infertility and its relationship to compatibility disorder.
5- Reaching a suggested perception from the perspective of family therapy to alleviate the problems resulting from infertility in women and its relationship to marital compatibility disorder.

The study questions are: -
1- What are the factors associated with infertility in women and its relationship to marital disorder?
2- What are the problems resulting from female infertility and its relationship to marital compatibility disorder?
3- What are the effects resulting from female infertility and its relationship to marital compatibility disorder?

5- What are the proposals from the perspective of family therapy to alleviate the problems resulting from infertility in women and its relationship to marital compatibility disorder?

Sixth: The methodological procedures of the study:
1- Type of study: This study is considered as descriptive studies.
2- The method used: This study depends on the method of social survey through the sample as it is one of the methods used in descriptive research.
3- Fields of study:
A- Spatial domain: This study is applied in the University Women’s Health Hospital, Assiut University, the Infertility and Assisted Fertilization Unit and outpatient clinics.
B - The human field: The research sample was an intentional sample of (120) women from the reality of the original community.
C- The time domain: It is the period taken for the researcher to collect data from the field.
6- Tools of the study: The researcher used a questionnaire sheet that included (51) phrases, and also the marital compatibility measure included (33) phrases.
Seventh: Results of the study:
1- Results -othbtaat that the arithmetic average of the factors associated with infertility in women, the study sample forces upon this Account with an average (2.7) which is located in the first place health factors with a mean 3.10 and then comes in the second place factors religious with a mean of (2.86) and then come in third place psychological factors with a mean of (2.6), and then it came in fourth place social factors with a mean of (2.1)
2- The arithmetic average of the effects associated with infertility in women in the study sample forces that Account with an average (2.7) which is located in the first place health effects with a mean 3:01 and then came in second social effects with a mean( 2.44) and then come in third place the psychological effects of a mean (2.65) .
3- The arithmetic average of the problems associated with infertility in women, the study sample forces upon it with a mean (2.23), where is located in the first place of psychological problems with a mean (2.41) then comes in second health problems with a mean (2. 37) and then come in third place social problems with a mean (1.89)
4- The arithmetic average of the measure of marital compatibility associated with infertility in women, the study sample forces upon it with a mean (2.24) which is located in the first place satisfaction with marital with a mean of 2.5 and then comes in second marital happiness with a mean of 2.3, and then come in third place marital treatment with a mean of 2.1, then comes in fourth place with a mean stability, marital 2.09.
5- Conceived proposal from the perspective of the treatment of prisoners in the service of the individual to deal with the problems and the factors and effects associated with infertility in women and its relationship with disorder compatibility marital.
The results of the study concluded:
1- Reducing the severity of the problems resulting from infertility in women as a result of the scientific, cultural and medical development in the face of infertility and thus led to an increase in marital satisfaction and marital happiness.
