The study aimed to understand the relationship between helpful behavior, empathy and personality traits among Kuwaiti volunteers. In the current study, the researcher relied on the descriptive correlation method to know the relationship between the behavior of assistance and empathy and personality traits in males and females, and the researcher used this method because it is suitable for the nature of the current study. The study was conducted on a sample of (300) examined kuwaiti volunteers participating in some volunteer work, ranging in age from (18:33 and above) with an average age (7.30) and the sample was represented based on factors: type, age, social status, educational level, and applied a measure of behavior. The help, prepared by Nickel and translated by Akram Zidan, the empathy measure by Akram Zidan, and the measure of the personality of the volunteers prepared by the researcher. The results of the study found that there is a statistically significant correlation between the means of assistance and personality traits in their dimensions (positive- altruism - motivation) among Kuwaiti volunteers, and that there is a statistically significant correlation between empathy and personality traits in their dimensions ( Positive - altruism - motivation) among Kuwaiti volunteers.
