The efforts of scientists in various fields of science related to sport have multiplied in general, and the most important efforts of specialized and interested scientists in advancing the level of sport is to find the best ways and means to develop the physical and athletic level of the athlete.

Objectives of the research: The aim of the research is to design a training program using functional strength training to identify the following: 1- The effect of using functional strength training in developing the level of some physical variables for volleyball players. 2- The effect of using functional strength training in developing the performance level of some skill variables for volleyball players. There are statistically significant differences between the average of the tribal and the remote measurements of the experimental group in the physical and skill variables under study and in the direction of post-measurement. • There are statistically significant differences between the average of the tribal and remote measures of the control group in the physical and skill variables in the research and in the direction of post-measurement • There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the two dimensions of the experimental group and the control in the physical and skill variables in the research and in the direction of the experimental group. Functional Strength Exercises: ”Multi-level, multi-level movements involving acceleration, stabilization and deceleration, with the aim of improving motor capacity, central force (mean mid-spine, and neuromuscular efficiency). The pilot study was conducted on a sample of 20 players from the Arab Club of Al-Arabi Club under 17 years from within the research community and outside the basic sample of the research
