This research aims to invsti golas the role of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) model in raising the productivity of workers by application to employees of the Dakahlia Sugar Company. The researcher relied on determining the vocabulary of the research on the random sample method for the employees of the Dakahlia Sugar Company, whose number is (220) singles. The researcher used a survey list prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the research variables, which represent the variables of the European Foundation Model for Quality Management (EFQM (independent variable) and worker productivity (dependent variable) and the researcher used the Alpha (Kronbach) parameter to calculate the reliability and reliability factors, while using both laboratories Pearson correlation and simple regression analysis method to validate research hypotheses. The researcher has reached several results represented in the presence of a correlation relationship of significant significance between the dimensions of the European Foundation for Quality Management EFQM model, the productivity of workers at the level of significant significance (0.05), and the presence of a significant significance effect for each of the dimensions of the European Foundation for Quality Management EFQM model to raise Workers productivity at the level of significant significance (0.05).
