second : Summary of the study in English Introduction Autism from developmental disorders, a disability that is not rare and represents a percentage that cannot be ignored, but it has not received its luck of interest at the research level in our country, while we are increasing interest in it in developed countries more than the Arab countries and the Middle East, this group suffers from severe lack of social interaction, self-care skills, and they are a different group from other countries. Groups with special needs that make them need to prepare educational programs, treatment programs suitable for them, and special care of parents to help improve these children and reach them to the nearest of the normal child, and there are many cases that received enough care, made the child a person closer to normal as if he is not suffering from autism .
The care of autistic cannot be achieved by an institution alone, but it needs to be integrated between educational institutions in order to provide early care for autistic at the appropriate age, and these institutions are: the role of the family, the media institutions, and the rehabilitation institutions of the special needs.
• Study problem :
The statistics show the increasing number of autistic children, who suffer from problems related to their care, perhaps the most important of which is the low level of services provided to them, and work in an isolated root, so it is necessary to integrate institutions based on the care of autistic children, and the need for magnification in order to achieve a reduction in the rate of negative behaviors autism, and thus to achieve tangible improvement.
• Study objectives :
1. The study aimed at monitoring the theoretical and philosophical principles of autistic children and the legislation and laws that concern them.
2. Identify the roles assigned to educational institutions (family, institutions of the care of autistic people - the media) in the care of autistic children.
3. Monitoring the reality of integration between educational institutions in the care of autistic children.
4. To integrate the efforts of educational institutions in the care of autistic children in Egypt through a proposed model designed for this.
• The importance of study
1) The research is inspired by the fact that autistic children like others, are individuals above all who have unique strengths and weaknesses, if autistic caregivers can understand the condition of the autistic child, and provide appropriate care for him, we will get good results there are many cases that improve and reach as close as the normal child.
2) Raising community awareness of the need to integrate autistic children into society.
3) To direct the attention of the caretakers of autistic children to the importance of their nationality and to see them early.
4) Families of the Arab Library in the field of the care of autistic children.
• The curriculum and its tools.
The curriculum:
The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach to its compatibility with the nature of research, by identifying how to analyze the reality of the care of autistic children at an early age, and the obstacles to doing so, as it used the following tools:
1. An unregulated personal interview form for a sample of rehabilitation center workers with special needs who deal with children of special categories from an early age.
2. A questionnaire for a sample of rehabilitation center workers with special needs who deal with children of special categories from an early age.
• The limits of the study.
A- Spatial limits:
Some rehabilitation centers for those with special needs in Cairo and Beni_Suef and some other governorates, and was chosen the governorate of Cairo because it is a major governorate and has a great interest in those with special needs, and the reason for the choice of the governorate of Beni_Suef because it is one of the poor provinces in providing care and care for people with disabilities, especially the autistic children.
B- Objective limits:
The limits of the study are to focus on the educational institutions (family - media institutions - rehabilitation centers with special needs) and the problems they face and methods of care for autistic children .
C- Time limits:
The theoretical study began in 2016 and even reached the field application at the end of 2019.
• Field study results
1. Poor communication between the institution caring for the autistic and the child’s family.
2. Lack of community awareness of the rights and problems of autistic children and their needs.
3. The role of community institutions in caring for autistic people is weak despite adopting some of the problems of those with special needs.
4. Poor awareness of the special laws of autistic families provided to families through media programs.
5. Poor family participation of the team responsible for building special programs for autistic people within autistic care institutions
6. Lack of family services provided through (meetings- seminars - special meetings for autistic people ).
7. Poor participation of the family of the autistic child in the evaluation of the educational services of the child .
• Study recommendations:
1. Activating the role of media by working family awareness programs to explain ways to deal properly with autistic children inside the home.
2. Providing training programs for families to deal with autistic people.
3. Contribute to the training of the family especially (mother) in the functional skills of the autistic child .
4. The institution provides guidance services to families of autistic children on psychological stress and how to deal with them .
5. Family involvement in the development of activities (individual plan programs) for autistic children within their care institutions.
6. Family awareness of autistic people about the services provided by the government and other institutions concerned with autism through media programs .
7. Provide media programs and information to help them discover their autistic children.
8. The media adopt programs that help integrate autistic children into society, and present the latest educational developments related to the care of autistic people in media programs .
9. Providing media programs that help autistic care institutions communicate with officials to overcome obstacles.
