East Port Said Port is an important port for Egyptian State and the area according to the strategic location with three continents and Global trade lines, between East and West, it is expanded and developed within the national project of the State “development of the Suez Canal area” the Port is located within the integrated area of East Port Said, to have a complementary relationship between the logistics and industrial areas they complement each other so as to promote the region economically, and increase the utilization of containers passing through the Suez Canal and rolling in the Port which is currently limited to transshipment at the Port, so that the study can be done logically it was necessary look at International models with good strategic thinking, it was a choice to experience an Arab and other European Dubai and Rotterdam, in order to achieve the desired results well, the research concerned the process of strategic planning, and the steps of its manufacturing strategy, search the power and weakness parts of the Port, opportunities and potential threat. The field study was done to identify the nature of the logistics work at the Port also efficiency machinery, equipment and infrastructure also about the nature and role of planning at administrative levels, and the extent of Employees are aware it. After completing the theoretical and applied framework the study reached a number of results recommended set of recommendations according to the results.
