Abusive supervision and its impact on work engagement - applying to the employees of the microfinance institutions in Daqahliya this research aims to determine The impact of Abusive supervision on work engagement - applying to the employees of the microfinance institutions in Daqahliya . In order to collect primary data , a questionnaire was designed and randomly data has been collected from some employees in the Smaller Financial Institutions in Daqahliya . The sample size is 329, and The SPSS was used to analyze the primary data . The Results of the Research show that there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of abusive supervision (direct aggression , indirect aggression) and work engagement in the smaller financial institutions in Daqahliya . In addition, there is a significant impact of Abusive supervision on work engagement, and there is also a significant impact of the dimensions of abusive supervision on the dimensions of Work engagement. has reach to Reducing the spread of the abusive supervision phenomenon in financing organizations helps to increase employee satisfaction, improve the quality of service provided to clients, increase employee engagement with his work, decrease absenteeism rates, and decrease employee turnover.
