المستخلص An empirical study on the two Electricity Companies In Delta The present study aims to examine the mediating role of climate for innovation in the relationship between complex adaptive leadership and job performance, an empirical on the two Electricity Companies in Delta. Data were collected from 357 engineers and technicians in these companies. The study employed path analysis to test the research hypotheses using Wrap PLS 0.6. The study results indicate that there is a positive impact of complex adaptive leadership (the role of the leader in preparing a work environment for the application of a new system - the role of the leader when applying a new system - the role of the leader after applying a new system) on climate for innovation and job performance climate for innovation has a postive effect on job performance. Finally، the results of the study indicated that there is an indirect impact of the two dimensions of complex adaptive leadership (the role of the leader when applying a new system - the role of the leader after applying a new system) on the job performance through climate for innovation. |
