Abstract

This master is located in one folder, it has a page size of 200 pages, and it consist of five chapter:
Chapter one: contains the introduction to investment and finance the first section includes the definition of investment, investment types, investment process, investment incentives, determinants and motivations moreover return and risk, the second section includes definition and types of finance.
Chapter two: includes two sections, the first section consist of the definitions of tourism industry, tourism investment, tourism investment process moreover, the economic importance of tourism investment. The second section includes the impact of 25th January revolution 2011 on some economic sector and tourism investment in Egypt.
Chapter three: this chapter contains the methodology of the study. It includes the identification of the population and sample of the study, the design of research tools (Questionnaire and interview) and the determination of the statistical analysis tests.
Chapter four: contains the results of variables analysis by the statistical tests. The most important results is that the 25th January revolution 2011 affected negatively tourism investment in Egypt and human resources working in tourism sector; moreover it proved that the investment in human resources is the most important investment types to increase the income from tourism sector.
Chapter five: includes the conclusion and recommendations.
