Problem study

It is the method chosen by God Almighty to generate and reproduce and continue life after having prepared both spouses and prepared them so that each of them A positive role in achieving this goal. where the family represents a systematic socio-biological group consisting of a man and a woman with whom there is a marriage bond and their children, the most important of which is to satisfy the emotional needs and the exercise of human relations and to meet sexual instincts and to create the appropriate social and cultural climate to care for, establish and direct children.
Of course came under the Egyptian family in recent successive changes from all special aspects with regard propensities within both the level of internal and exacerbate to you conflicts or on the level of legal and methods of ddressing those conflicts by the state and was the last of these trends create family courts mean these problems and brings diaspora conflicts.
The judiciary before a single judge, and through new mechanisms, the social service profession had a prominent and specific role as the social worker had a place within the judicial system, which followed that the social service profession begins in describing the role of the profession in this field and a description of the role of the brother Loyalty factor offices tendencies or expert to the Family Court profession is keen on the success of this role.
The legislation in the field of personal status was not immune to the tremendous societal changes witnessed by the Egyptian society, but also to the professional position of the social work that expanded its area within the community, as was the societal pressure to develop dealing with family conflict cases, especially if it reached the courts’ courts, offices for social workers were established and attached to the courts Elementary to work in the field of personal status issues pursuant to Law No (1)for the year (2000) regarding organizing some conditions and conducting litigation in matters of personal status, which is known as the law of khula, so that the profession of social service may be the real beginning in Dealing with personal status issues in the format of the judicial recognition of the project and social dimensions affecting trends Family, was mandated by the legislature specialists workers to study the problem in cases referred by the court to them from various aspects, and report that includes causes and parties, factors and all aspects that enable the court to stand on The dimensions of the invitation, and the referral of these cases to the social workers was permissible by the court, which made the professional intervention limited and the specialists’ reports did not represent an obligation with the information and data it contained.
The social worker is responsible for practicing the profession of social service in its various fields, including the family field, which is represented here in the offices of family dispute settlement in the Family Court, and in light of this must focus on improving the level of performance of social workers working in various areas of social worker, including the Family Court, which aims to Supporting the family to overcome the problems it faces especially in light of contemporary global changes and its speed which gives the advancement of the level of the social specialist a special importance and the professional performance of the social specialist is the backbone of its practice The intent of social worker is especially in the context of the societal variables to which society is exposed, and in light of these rapid changes the socialist’s performance of his role is not sufficient and appropriate and he should undertake assignments and professional responsibilities, which made social service professionals interested in studying and research in helping the social worker to do this role to keep pace with those the changes.
Social planning is one of the specializations of social work, which is considered among its goals to use the capabilities and resources available to satisfy the diverse needs of different groups of society through various planning processes, and it is based on the optimal use of society’s material and human resources and the mobilization and employment of those resources to achieve the required goals at the lowest cost and the best possible way during a period Specific time.
Planning is concerned with anticipating the future, as it can contribute to the design of programs to satisfy the training needs of social workers working in family courts and family dispute settlement offices to provide their competencies based on a scientific determination of those needs. Based on the foregoing, the current study problem may be determined in the training needs of social workers in family courts Family dispute settlement offices as an entry point for planning the development of professional performance.
Second: The importance of the study
The importance of the study is due to a group of factors, including the following;
1 -The family is the primary and fundamental unit of society, which has a major and important role in shaping society. In view of the family problems that the family is exposed to as a result of the changes that occur within the community that led to the occurrence of these family problems, it is necessary to address these problems and alleviate them through the various institutions that work in the family field, including family dispute settlement offices in family courts in order to preserve the family entity Its continuation and its social role within the community .
2 - The interest of the social work profession in the family in general and the settlement of family disputes in the family courts in particular indicates the need to acquire the social worker who works in these offices with knowledge, skills and professional values that help him achieve this goal in a manner that does not contradict the customs and traditions of the family in a framework of confidentiality .
3 - The divorce rate in Egypt has increased, as confirmed by the statistics of the Center for Information and Decision Support of the Council of Ministers for the year 2017 from 7% to 43% during the last fifty years .
4- Assisting the social workers in the family dispute settlement offices in honing their professional skills after defining them so that they can settle the family disputes while preserving the family entity and dignity .
Improving and developing the professional performance of social workers working in family dispute settlement offices in family courts does not come except through an assessment and identification of the training needs necessary for this improvement and development .
Third, the objectives of the study
The objectives of that study come from a main goal, which is to determine the training needs of social workers working in family dispute settlement offices in family courts, and there are a set of objectives as follows:
Estimating the training needs, which are?
1- Assemnts . Are professional needed for social workers to work the offices of Family Disputes Settlement Family Courts
2- Determine the professional skills necessary for social workers to work in family dispute settlement offices in family courts.
3- Determine the professional values necessary for social workers to work in family dispute settlement offices in family courts.
4- Defining the relationship between the training needs of social workers working in family dispute settlement offices and their relationship to developing professional performance.
5- identify the difficulties faced by social workers offices of Family Disputes Settlement of family courts.
6- Finding the necessary proposals to develop the professional performance of social workers in family dispute settlement offices in family courts .
Fourth: The study hypotheses:
1. The training needs of social workers working in family courts are expected to be high
2. The professional performance of social workers working in the courts of the court is expected to be low.
3. There is a relationship between identifying the training needs of social workers working in family courts and developing professional performance .
4. There are statistically significant differences between the personal and professional variables of social workers and family court workers and their appreciation for their professional performance.

The current study relies on the scientific method, the social survey method using the comprehensive inventory method:

The spatial area in this study was represented in family dispute settlement offices and family courts in the courts of Manfalut Elementary and Assiut Court of First Instance.

C- Time Field:
It is the period it took to collect data from the field, which took from 11/10/2019 to 20/1/2020.
Results results of the study:
• The results of the study reached the validity of the first hypothesis of the study, which led to the expected reality of the training needs of social workers working in the Family Court is high, where the results of the level of the reality of the training needs of social workers working in the Family Court (high) came with an average (2.65)
• The results reached the validity of the second hypothesis of the study, which led to ”the reality of developing the professional performance of social workers working in the Family Court is expected to be high as the level of the reality of developing the professional performance of social workers working in the Family Court came (high) where the average as a whole for training needs came (2.63)
• The results showed the validity of the third hypothesis of the study, with a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (0.01) between the total score for indicators of training needs (cognitive, skill, and value) and between the overall score for indicators of professional development as a whole (continuous improvement in professional performance, speed in providing Service, fairness in providing the service) where the value of the correlation coefficient reached (575 **)
• The results of the study concluded that the fourth hypothesis was not correct, as the results showed that there were no statistical differences between the arithmetic mean for the respondents’ responses from the social workers working in the family courts according to the following demographic variables (age, marital status, educational status, job). And their assessment of professional performance, as the values of P came not statistically significant.
