Abstract
The main objective of the thesis is suggesting an effective performance evaluation approach for measuring KPI of Suez Canal . The Suez Canal channel through constructing a composite indicator , which includes serval individual indicators , is not taken into account by the administration of the Suez Canal when conducting an evaluation of the performance of the waterway . Also studying the uncertainty and sensitivity analysis of the indicator using appropriate statistical methods .
from the indicator we have reached that there is an increase in the performance of Suez Canal Cannel in 2014 compared to 2013, which are consistent with the Suez Canal Authority reports.
