Abstract Sex education is described as education about human sexual anatomy, sexual reproduction, sexual intercourse, reproductive health, emotional relations, reproductive rights and responsibilities, abstinence, contraception, family planning, body image, sexual orientation, sexual pleasure, values, decision making, communication, dating, relationships, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and how to avoid them, and birth control methods. This study was performed on Dermatology and Andrology department and it was approved by and the research ethics committee in Benha Faculty of Medicine. The study had 3 study groups. group (A): Constitutes the student group with 100 subjects, group (B) constitutes the parents group with 50 subjects and the third group (C) constitutes the physician group with 50 subjects. After finishing this investigation, the workers may suggest these curricula for sex education in secondary schools and universities. In universities Basic aspects 1.Phases of sexual response cycle 2.Premarital examination for men and women Aspects of sexual activity 1.Sexual behavior of both spouses during coitus. 2.Forbidden coitus. 3.Premarital sexual relations hazards. 4.Factors affecting coitus. Sex and pregnancy 1.Conception and its problems 2.Sexual contact during pregnancy 3.Appropriate time of resuming intercourse after labor Problems of 1st intercourse Opinions of participants settled that these topics should be taught to girls by women, preferred to be a physician and consent is needed to be taken from parents before teaching.
