Abstract

Objectives :Assess the correlation of MUM1, CD10, and Bcl6 immunoreactivities with clinicopathologicalparameters of DLBCL cases. Methods : This retrospective study was performed on 50 cases of DLBCLs, carried out in the surgical pathology laboratory at oncology center, Mansoura University (OCMU) during the period from 2011 to 2018. Results : Patients’ positive for HCV had a worse response for the treatment. In Cox regression analysis, expression MUM1 and ABC patients have the greatest impact p 0.004 on OS. So, post-CG (ABC) patients were associated with significantly shortened PFS and OS in comparison to GCB patients. Conclusions : These results suggest that Clinical staging, CR, and MUM1 were associated with prognosis. MUM1 expression inversely affected OS.
