Abstract
This study was conducted on ten completely edentulous patients.The retentive values of single implant retained mandibular overdenture in both groups were statistically significant greater than that of conventional complete mandibular denture. The group I (locator attachment) showed statistically significant increase of retentive values than that of group II (equator attachment). The clinical assessment results showed no statistically significant difference within each group during evaluation period, also comparing between two groups, there was no statistically significant difference.
