Methodology:
The study depended on the descriptive curriculums; this methodology is one of the analytical and explanation forms and scientific explanation to describe the phenomenon of problem through collecting data and information about the phenomenon or the problem, analyzing, calcifying and comprehensive study.
Study tools:
The researcher prepares a questionnaire about the reality of change management in the middle schools in the state of Kuwait.
Analytical and statistical treatment:
The program (SPSS) was used in the analytical statistics for the study date and calculating the ratio and accounting mediums and Standard deviations.
Summary for results of study:
Results revealed that the planning in change management leads to achieve several results such as spreading the culture of change and determine the intellectual basis for change process. Results also showed that there are some of weakness points such as the weakness of individual participation to take the decisions. The study showed that the arrangement is used to arrange the school activities to achieve the targeted goals and selecting an adequate team to perform the change management. Categorizing the tasks of workers can help to participate in the process of change.
The study showed that the arrangement is to use different means of assessment whether in assessing the teachers or administrators in both at and after the process of change, and to start the assessment at the Beginning of academic year up to the end of process of change. After implementation, assessment must be objective and far away subjectivity.
In the light of theoretical framework and results of study, researcher used the principles and the concepts of change management as a main tool to make develop in school management for Kuwait middle schools in order to activate
Abstract
Title of Study: Developing the Middle School Management in State of Kuwait in the Light of Change Management
Prepared by the researcher Abdullrahman Abdullah Sauoad Al- Muteri
Problem of study: The problem of study summarized in the following main question:
How to develop the school management of intermediate schools in State of Kuwait in the light of change management?
The main question creates the following sub-questions:
a. What is the intellectual frame for school management in the light of change management?
b. What is the recent case of school management in middle stage in State of Kuwait in the light of change management?
c. What is the suggested concept to develop the middle management in State of Kuwait in the light of change management?
Aims of study: The study aims to achieve the following question:
a. Know the intellectual frame for school management in the light of change management.
b. Know the school management in middle stage in the light of change management.
c. Forming the suggested concept to develop the school management in the light of change management.
Study community and samples:
The samples of study consist of a group of teachers and principals of middle schools in the state of Kuwait divided into (46) male principals, and 50 female principals, (320) female teachers, distributed in the six governorates of Kuwait.
