المستخلص The Aim of this research is to develop the skills of Visual Basic Programming Language and Motivation for Learning The three-group quasi-experimental approach was used (Officer - first pilot - second pilot) consisted of 90 students from the Third Preparatory pupils at Al-Waqda School - Maragha Administration - Sohag Governorate. The Researcher prepared the measurement tools, namely: Cognitive Achievement test, Observation Card, and Motivation Scale, then the Research Groups were selected, and the tools were applied tribally to the three groups, Then the Course was implemented for the Control group in the usual Teaching Method, the first Experimental group through the participatory E-Learning Environment, And the Second Experimental group through the Personal E-Learning Environment, and then the Application of Search tools after, and the results were treated statistically, The Results showed that the Students of the First and Second Experimental Groups outperformed their counterparts in the Cognitive Achievement Test. The Observational Card, the Measure of Motivation for Learning, while the First Experimental group outperformed the members of the Second Experimental group in the Cognitive Achievement Test. The most important Recommendations of the Research were: 1- The Need to use Electronic Learning Environments (Participatory-Personal) in the Teaching of Computer Courses, where it helps Students to Acquire Knowledge and Skills better. 2- Converting all paper Courses to Electronic so that they can be presented to Students through Educational sites in an easy way. 3- Using the Tools of Evaluation that have been built and used in the current Research (Achievement Test Cognitive, Observation Card, and Motivation Measure for Learning) to Assess the level of Third Grade Preparatory Students. 4- Designing and Producing other E-Learning Environments that are linked to Modeling and Virtual Reality and Experimenting with Students in the Egyptian Environment.
