المستخلص

The main objective of the research is to identify the reality of the selection and recruitment policies on organizational loyalty in the human resources sector in Al-Arabi group in Benha, and within the framework of achieving this main objective. The objective of the research is also to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the selection procedures, Of the 47 employees who hold degrees between a specialist, a department head, a director and a general manager. The researcher used the comprehensive method of inventory in his study.The most important results of the research:1 - There is a positive relationship of statistical significance between the policies of choice and appointment and organizational loyalty.2 - There are variables other than selection and recruitment policies affect the organizational loyalty of workers.3. The closer we are to the optimal application of selection and recruitment policies, the more positively it will affect organizational loyalty.The most important recommendations of the research:1. The Organization shall develop the selection and recruitment policies in order to achieve the objectives of these policies in the search for competencies and leadership by ensuring free and fair competition.2. Making human resources plans operational and not exceeding them in any way, by setting the right criteria for selection and appointment such as competence and merit.3 - Work to raise the organizational loyalty of employees by involving them in the development of goals, giving them an adequate amount of responsibility and freedom to act and increase their participation in decision-making.
4 - selection of the best human competencies without prejudice, and this is through the development of policies of selection and appointment of objective and transparent and clear to be able to identify the best competencies.
