Abstract Accessibility of information on the web is the main feature of knowledge acquisition . Currently, the knowledge is facing several problems relating to integration of sharing information and systems, also representation across heterogeneous organizations. The e- government is the civil and political conduct of the government, which involves use information and communication technologies (K’T). E-government encounters big challenges in achieving interoperability and integration differences in laws, regulations, services, administrative processes , along with the different languages spoken across different regions and countries . There are numerous approaches. proposals. frameworks- and projects available to achieve semantic interoperability in the e-Government domain; especially dealing with the creation and management of semantic web services. There is a lack of supporting methodology, specialized tools, and guidelines which describe how much formal semantic description of these services in practical applications can be create and maintained. Moreover, in the e-Government paradigm, it is expected to have formatted information available in different means, and can easily presented to senior citizens, government officials, and others. Therefore, the e-government services need to provide information with format and methods of delivery in convenience with the users requirements and the alerted situations, that can facilitate end-user access to Public Administration (P A) services. This can be established by assembling service for browsing, discovery, and execution easier and more effective. Integrating information system in any domain for E-government is facing several difficulties, such as structural and semantic sharing in similar information for applications and services, in addition, representation across heterogeneous organizations. In this respect, the semantic web plays a dynamic role in knowledge sharing and managing. Semantic Web technologies based on ontology have brought about promising solutions to the semantic integration information difficulties. While ontology is an explicit specification of conceptualization , it has defines the terms with specified relationships between the concepts, and interpret by both humans and computers software. |
