The scientific trend in physical education has become vital for the society to realize that sport is based on pillars and rules that benefit the individual and thus reflected on the benefit of society in the same way and values. The world today is characterized by rapid and successive changes in various fields, including the sports field, where all the human and material potential to reach the practitioners to the highest levels of skill in which players try to show the extent of technical progress within their country to raise the level of sport. The study of the habits of the mind is a modern vision and a relatively contemporary orientation was put under the umbrella of the research of human effectiveness, is no longer the intelligence responsible only for the success of the learner in his scientific and practical life, but should follow the learner intelligent behavior becomes a respectable shade of the ability and ability and unlimited capabilities, To a mind that has more effective, productive and efficient mental habits. The individual practice of the habits of the mind contributes to the development and intelligence of advanced and successful in controlling mental processes, which contributes to the task of managing the mind at the levels of various mental processes ranging from simple habits and skills to more complex habits, to the skill of learning management, Students have the development of intelligence from the theoretical level to the practical level. Ahmed Youssef Al-Khawaja (2015) pointed out that the theory of mental habits calls for the commitment to develop a number of mental strategies. It is called the mental habits. The theory of mental habits believes in the existence of educational constants that should focus on their development and turn them into frequent and systematic behavior in the life of the individual. Mind does not mean that the individual has the basic thinking skills and abilities that are working on them, but there must be a tendency or desire or motivation to apply it in appropriate times, circumstances and attitudes. Abeer Mohammed ”2005” pointed out that mental development is part of what we learn and we are born on, and that education in this case is responsible to make the learner think effectively and the goal of education is not only to acquire content and skills but to employ this education and develop mind habits so that the individual can To learn self-reliant whatever he wants to know. Said Said Mohammed Ibrahim ”2014” that mental habits behaviors may be difficult to use automatically if not trained on them and have the opportunity to use them, people in general do not try to curb the momentum and do not care to develop different plans to accomplish a task, and seek to accuracy and clarity because that It takes more time and effort to achieve it and deliver good performance. Wing stresses that teachers need to understand deeply the meaning of the habits of the mind and the practices of these habits so that they can instill those habits in the behavior of their students, and then evaluate these habits and judge the extent of their practice Asmaa Atallah ”2013” indicates that the mind when it ignites begins the march of human civilization and ignites its flame and when its luster begins, this civilization begins to fall, collapse and collapse. When a nation wants to build its civilization, it appeals to the mind and is inspired and guided by its purpose because the mind is the beginner of human civilization and its experience. Condemns the human mind, which was guiding and inspiring through the ages, and when a nation raises the banner of reason and rationality, it feet on the path of renaissance and freedom. And after the great development of the psychology of sports and the sports arena witnessed sports studies and field research, and after the international scientific societies confirmed the scientific applications of the concepts and theories of sports psychology and with the assertions of some such as ”Robert Robort (1989)” but the view that the slow growth in this The field is due to the lack of an accepted cognitive model to advance research and maximize the effects of services provided by academic educators in the field of extension and diagnosis. The scientists agree that it is no longer sufficient to test relationships in alternative models and logically test them S theory. Based on the above, sport psychology is defined as the science that studies human behavior in sport. The behavior refers to the responses of the individual, which can be observed and recorded, but there are other responses that cannot be observed from the outside and cannot be seen as disbelief, awareness, emotion, etc. These aspects of activity On the one hand, and how sports practice itself affects the personal aspects of sports, on the other, the hope that contributes to the development of maximum performance Ma ximum performance The subjects of behavior in sport study topics such as personality, motivation, violence, leadership, group dynamics, athletes’ thoughts and feelings and many other dimensions resulting from participation in sport and physical activity. The scientific study of the human movement It is closely related to other mathematical sciences, the most important of which are: physiology of sport, sociology of sport, biomechanics
