The Objective of the Study is to Analyze The Relationship between Public Budget Deficit and External Public debt in Eraq During the Period (1991-2016). The study analyzes the Public Budget Deficit and the Public debt in economic theory and the Relationship Between them in economic theory.
The Study analyzes the Public Budget Deficit in Eraq During the Period (1991-2016) and external Public debt in Eraq During The Period (1991-2016). In the Final Chapter, The Study analyzes the Pausing relationship Between Public dug eat deficit and external Public Debt in Iraq During the Period ( 1992 – 2016). Conclusions reached include the Following :
The external Public Debt Causes %82.23 of Public Buget Deficit in Eraq During the Period ( 1992 – 2016) .
The External public Debt Benefits Courses %62.8 of Public Budget Deficit in Iraq During the Period ( 2006 – 2016) .
The Public Budget Deficit or Surplus no Causes The External Public debt in Iraq During the Period (1992 – 2016).
The Cousins Relationship between the Public Budget Deficit or ropers and external public debt in Iraq During the Period (1992- 2016) and it means that the public budget deficit or bur plus is the function of the external public debt and benefit it.
