Abstract

Among the various heterocyclic systems developed over the last centuries, nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds play a crucial role in the context of both chemistry and biology. The thesis intend to the synthesis of some new heterocyclic systems containing pyrazole and pyridine moieties, Due to their relevance in medicinal chemistry and their therapeutic importance for the treatment and / or prevention of a wide variety of diseases related to adenosine receptors, depression, anxiety, Parkinson’s disease, pain, dementia, heart failure, and cerebrovascular disease. Accordingly, So we used amino pyrazole derivative 1a to prepare pyrazolo pyridine compounds such as pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine carbohydrazide derivatives 4, 7 and pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine carbonylazide derivatives 5, 8. And then by using the aforementioned compounds for the synthesis of various heterocyclic compunds by the reactions of the functional groups towards various reagents and synthesis new derived heterocyclic compounds. For example , Featured compounds are: 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1,5-dihydro-6H-oxazolo[5,4-b]pyrazolo[4,3-e]pyridin-6-one (9) , (E)-N’-(4-Chlorobenzylidene)-6,7-dihydro-3-methyl-6-oxo-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine-5-carbohydrazide (27) and ethyl 2-(3-allyl-2-(2-(3-methyl-6-oxo-1-phenyl-6,7-dihydro-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine-5-carbonyl)hydrazineylidene)-4-oxothiazolidin-5-ylidene)acetate (31), which have crystal structure .
Finally, Molecular formula of these compouds has been proven by Elemental analysis; IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and mass spectrum and it,s structure has been confirmed by X-ray structure analysis.
